Preview Our Resorts

Our business is selling travel opportunities that enable dreams to come true and enrich lives through shared experiences and discovery. FantaSea Resorts offers presentations  7 days a week to showcase our properties and educate interested parties on the many benefits of vacation ownership and travel exchange. We also provide updates about Atlantic City and all of the exciting new developments that are in store for its future.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

When you arrive for your FantaSea Resorts preview, please report to the Welcome Center at your host property:

  • Flagship’s Welcome Center is located on the 7th floor at the end of the long corridor that begins when you step off the elevators.
  • Atlantic Palace’s Welcome Center is located on the 2nd floor and can be accessed from the walk through in the lobby that leads to the back of the building. Take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor. The Welcome Center is on the left side from that entranceway.

When you arrive at the Welcome Center, a hostess will greet you and ask to verify 2 forms of identification and a credit card. Light refreshments will be served and a licensed Vacation Counselor will escort you to a room for a courteous, informative presentation before taking you on walk throughout the property. The entire preview is approximately 120 to 150 minutes long.

Once you’ve completed the presentation, please make sure you return to the Welcome Center to receive your free gift.

HOW DO I QUALIFY?

While no one is excluded from previewing our facilities, our timeshare offerings are designed for couples who meet these qualifications:

  • Couples must be married or be able to show that they are living together. Singles are not eligible for this promotion.
  • Both guests must attend the presentation.
  • At least one person in the party must be 30 years of age or older.
  • Currently employed and retired couples must have a combined annual household income of at least $50,000
  • At least one person in the party must have a major credit card. Debit cards, bank cards, and checkbooks are not acceptable.
  • Both guests must show an acceptable form of ID such as a U.S. passport or driver’s license.
  • Both people in the party must be a U.S. Citizen and speak and understand English fluently.
DO I HAVE TO BUY ANYTHING?

While it is our hope that you’ll join our growing list of over 45,000 Vacation Owners, please understand that you are under no obligation to buy anything and you will still receive your free gift whether you decide to purchase an interval with us or not.

COVID-19 Coronavirus

During this extremely difficult situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19), nothing is more important to fantaSea Resorts than your health & safety. We believe we've cultivated an unbreakable bond with one another over the years, but the last few days has tested our boundaries and pushed our limits. We all know sunny beach days are just around the corner. For now, we hope that your family & loved ones remain healthy during these troubling times.
 
To comply with Governor Murphy's mandate, fantaSea Resorts will be temporarily suspending any future reservations & arrivals, until further notice. Representatives will contact any guests who have an upcoming reservation as they review these bookings that will be impacted by this mandate. In addition, fantaSea Resorts is temporarily suspending the following resort amenities, wherever applicable, until further notice:

Fun Zones • Pools • Gyms • Arcades • Bell Service • Front Desk
Aqua Spa at Atlantic Palace
Concierge • Business Center • Owner Lounges • Shuttle Services
The Shoppe at Flagship Resort • Blue Water Grille 
Sixty Café, Lounge & Lobby Bar at Flagship 

While fantaSea Resorts' Customer Care has temporarily suspended inbound call center operations, we are able to offer modified service via email assistance with an anticipated 24-48 hour turn around. Services at this time will be limited to cancellations of a pending reservation(s) at your home resorts as well as processing deposits with Interval International and/or RCI for your 2020 week/points. If you have pre-paid or have just completed a payment arrangement for your maintenance fee for 2021 or 2022, we will also be able to make your future deposit with your exchange company. To request your deposit or cancel an existing reservation only, email us at [email protected]. Please ensure that your exchange membership with RCI or Interval International is current to avoid any delays in processing. Deposits can only be processed for Owners in good-standing who are current on their maintenance fee and mortgage if applicable.
 
Since the exact date that our three resorts can resume accepting reservations and arrivals is unknown at this time, to avoid unnecessary cancellations, we are unable to accept any new owner rate or week reservations until further notice. Looking forward, we will provide you a weekly email update of the fantaSea Resorts status and when we are able, the date that booking owner weeks and rates will resume. We will also provide the latest information on our website at fantasearesorts.com.
