Boardwalk Extension
The world famous Atlantic City Boardwalk is back and better than ever! Efforts to restore parts of the nation’s oldest and longest boardwalk decimated by Hurricane Sandy have come to an end. The $38.6 million total reconstruction of the Atlantic City Boardwalk, which now fully connects Ventnor to the Flagship Resort, now gives our guest direct access to all of the City’s amenities.

Leadership

Roxanne L. Passarella, Esq.

President and CEO – Business Administration and Operations

After graduating from Stockton University, Roxanne went on to earn a law degree from the Widener University School of Law. Her role with FantaSea Resorts began in 2005 when she was hired as In-House Counsel. With her legal skills and business acumen, she flourished and was quickly promoted to Vice President, and then Chief Operating Officer. Roxanne currently oversees all operational departments of the three FantaSea Resort Properties.

Kevin E. Jones

CEO – Sales and Marketing

Raised on Hilton Head Island, Kevin graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science. Kevin began his career in 1994 with the Vacation Ownership Industry on Hilton Head Island. In 1997, he moved to Williamsburg, VA and co-founded King’s Creek Plantation. In 2019, Kevin joined FantaSea Resorts and oversees the entire Sales and Marketing Departments.

In December 2018, Roxanne and Kevin purchased FantaSea Resorts and
work in tandem to develop new business ventures and property acquisitions.

“FantaSea Resorts is committed to the growth of Atlantic City and supports the philanthropic work of local and national organizations that directly benefit the community. As an advocate for children’s support groups, the company has partnered with the Atlantic City Boys and Girls Club and founded its Champions of Youth program which offers mentorship opportunities, case management advocacy, tutoring, community building, health related support and college/career counseling to high school students. FantaSea Resorts is also a supporter of the organization Pass It On, founded by a former employee of the company. Pass It On is a local outreach program that assists dozens of homeless people living in area motels by locating affordable housing opportunities and providing transitional assistance.”

During this extremely difficult situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19), nothing is more important to fantaSea Resorts than your health & safety. We believe we've cultivated an unbreakable bond with one another over the years, but the last few days has tested our boundaries and pushed our limits. We all know sunny beach days are just around the corner. For now, we hope that your family & loved ones remain healthy during these troubling times.
 
To comply with Governor Murphy's mandate, fantaSea Resorts will be temporarily suspending any future reservations & arrivals, until further notice. Representatives will contact any guests who have an upcoming reservation as they review these bookings that will be impacted by this mandate. In addition, fantaSea Resorts is temporarily suspending the following resort amenities, wherever applicable, until further notice:

While fantaSea Resorts' Customer Care has temporarily suspended inbound call center operations, we are able to offer modified service via email assistance with an anticipated 24-48 hour turn around. Services at this time will be limited to cancellations of a pending reservation(s) at your home resorts as well as processing deposits with Interval International and/or RCI for your 2020 week/points. If you have pre-paid or have just completed a payment arrangement for your maintenance fee for 2021 or 2022, we will also be able to make your future deposit with your exchange company. To request your deposit or cancel an existing reservation only, email us at [email protected]. Please ensure that your exchange membership with RCI or Interval International is current to avoid any delays in processing. Deposits can only be processed for Owners in good-standing who are current on their maintenance fee and mortgage if applicable.
 
Since the exact date that our three resorts can resume accepting reservations and arrivals is unknown at this time, to avoid unnecessary cancellations, we are unable to accept any new owner rate or week reservations until further notice. Looking forward, we will provide you a weekly email update of the fantaSea Resorts status and when we are able, the date that booking owner weeks and rates will resume. We will also provide the latest information on our website at fantasearesorts.com.
