Appointment Setter (1) Brigantine - Flexible
Full time pay for part time hours. Work 3:00pm to 9:00pm 5 days a week – Sunday through Thursday up to $16 per hour or more, realistically. Telemarketing experience helpful. Will pay for training. Must be friendly, outgoing and have good phone voice. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Maintenance Mechanic "B" (1) Flagship Resort - Flexible
Candidate must be a licensed low pressure black seal boiler operator, with high-rise electrical/mechanical experience. Job duties include repair and maintenance of boilers, pumps, motors etc. General maintenance of hotel rooms and common areas. Self motivator with excellent internal and external customer skills is also a requirement for this position. Mechanic must possess their own hand tools and be proficient in all tools of the trade. Must be capable to lift heavy objects, carry and climb ladders walk up and down stairs. Drivers license required to visit off site properties to do repairs. Candidate must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Bi-lingual (Spanish) and speak conversational English. Ability to demonstrate professionalism with team or independent, lift up to 50 lbs. Prior experience carpet cleaning, buffing, waxing a plus. Flexible schedule, weekends a must.
