Candidate must be a licensed low pressure black seal mechanic with high rise electrical/mechanical experience. Job duties include repair and maintenance of boilers, pumps, motors. General maintenance of all common areas and hotel rooms. Must be able to lift heavy objects, carry and climb ladders, walk up and stairs. Candidate must be trade school certified with a minimum of 5 years experience. Must be certified in refrigerant reclaiming, will perform daily maintenance on ice machines, heat pump, walk-in refrigerators, reach in refrigerators, etc. Also trouble shooting and problem solving of equipment. Must be capable of lifting heavy objects, carry and climb ladders, walk up and down stairs. Must be self motivator, able to take assigned tasks to completion, and be a team player.
